Rules and regulations governing the use of our services
Welcome to Champions Sports Bar! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and premises located at 15 Sporta iela, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia.
By accessing our website, making a reservation, or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1. The content on our website is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify, amend or remove content at any time without notice.
3.2. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website.
3.3. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, the server on which our website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our website.
4.1. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
4.2. While we make every effort to honor all reservations, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at our discretion.
4.3. For large group bookings (more than 10 people), a deposit may be required to secure the reservation.
4.4. If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so for group bookings may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
5.1. Champions Sports Bar is primarily an adult-oriented establishment. Persons under the age of 18 are permitted on the premises only when accompanied by a responsible adult and only until 21:00.
5.2. We reserve the right to request proof of age from any customer. If you cannot provide valid identification, we may refuse to serve you alcohol or ask you to leave the premises.
5.3. It is against the law to serve alcohol to persons under 18 years of age or to purchase alcohol on behalf of someone under 18.
6.1. We expect all customers to behave in a responsible and respectful manner towards staff and other customers.
6.2. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry, or to ask a customer to leave if they:
6.3. Smoking is not permitted inside the premises, in accordance with Latvian law.
7.1. Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises without prior permission.
7.2. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please inform our staff before ordering.
7.3. While we take all reasonable steps to accommodate dietary requirements and prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens.
8.1. For private events or venue hire, specific terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
8.2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an event booking.
8.3. Cancellation of an event booking must be made in writing at least 14 days before the event date to qualify for any refund of payments made beyond the deposit.
9.1. We accept payment by cash, credit and debit cards, and mobile payment methods.
9.2. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
9.3. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
10.1. Champions Sports Bar does not accept liability for loss or damage to customer property on our premises, except as required by law.
10.2. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
10.3. We do not accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by customers unless it is caused by our negligence.
11.1. All intellectual property rights in our website, logo, brand, and other materials are owned by Champions Sports Bar or our licensors.
11.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
12.1. Our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we use your personal information, forms part of these Terms.
12.2. By using our services, you consent to the processing described in our Privacy Policy.
13.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
13.2. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia.
14.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
